This is truly a unique and wonderful place. Not only is the carriage house beautiful and thoughtfully designed, but Barbara and Brian have truly provided every comfort. The kitchen is wonderful and well-appointed, and the whole place is truly a retreat. We loved visiting the horses and goats. Be sure to schedule a carriage ride during your visit. Not only is it beautiful touring through the mountains, but it also is so unique when they let the horses run. It was so much fun! A wonderful magical place for love and romance. We came here to spend a couple of days after we were wed ! Barbara and Brian were just lovely! The property and horses and chickens and goats....and mule were all a special part of the experience. Although we missed the time of year when all is in bloom, it was just perfect ! just the way it was. It leaves us open to come back at a different time of year for another type of experience with color added ! It is a home away from home with hosts who treat you like family !  Rita

Not just a place to stay, Daffodil Hill Farm and Carriage is truly an experience that every couple should come to Blue Ridge to enjoy. Owners Barbara and Brian have a vision to celebrate romance and the couple and they are executing it in grand fashion. The accommodations in the Carriage House are first class. No amenity for a romantic getaway has been left out. There is a double walk in shower, ultra comfortable king sized four poster bed, large jacuzzi in the master bedroom, and much more. There's even a huge gourmet kitchen for those who like to cook (we do). It has everything you would need. But that's just the beginning. You are also surrounded by the beauty of the Georgia mountains as well as the wonderful animals that reside at the farm - two draft horses (carriage rides available), a donkey, two fainting goats, and numerous chickens (Barb will bring you fresh eggs every day). Oh, and how could I forget Ozzie, my favorite. I will let you find out who Ozzie is when you go, but I know you will fall in love with him like we did. None of this would be possible without the vision and determination of the owners, Barbara and Brian. And, there's more to come. We highly recommend this destination. Hard to describe how incredible of a property this is. Unmatched hospitality in a beyond beautiful space. Peaceful and secluded with a great view and a quick 10 minutes to town. Full access to the property - herbs, fire pit, hammock, and we loved going out in the morning to hang out with all the (amazingly friendly) animals. We can’t wait to come back.  Jonathan

So dreamy and so romantic!! Oh My heart is lighting up just thinking about our stay again. My husband and I searched for weeks to find the perfect honey moon spot for us and had no luck. We prayed and prayed and the next time we searched on Airbnb we came across this romantic home in Blue Ridge. God is so good and knew just the perfect place for us! Barbie and Brian did such an amazing job designing a beautiful and magical carriage house, and are the sweetest couple you will ever meet. From the yummy breakfast every morning, the luxurious jacuzzi tub in the bedroom, to the beautiful sun room with views of the starry night sky; this place will make your heart so warm and fall in love all over again. We originally booked for two nights and just had to extend our stay, it is that lovely. Their farm animals are so lovable, and the Mountain View you wake up to every morning is absolutely breathtaking!! Everything about the stay was perfect, I cannot rave about it enough!! Barbara has thought of everything and I mean everything. You can tell lots of thought and love went into creating a comfy place to relax and unwind. The soaps and linens provided were top notch, the kitchen had everything you could need including farm fresh eggs, coffee and more. I actually want to buy the mattress for myself, that is how comfy it was and the home was spotless (and my standards are HIGH). The property is lovely and will only continue to get more beautiful as newly planted things grow and bloom. The fainting goats are THE CUTEST things I have ever seen, I even got to walk them on leashes.  Gina

Wow!!! This is truly a hidden gem!! I grew up in Blue Ridge (in fact about 3 miles down the road from Daffodil Farm) and chose Barbara’s place this past weekend for a visit “back home!” Barbara, and her husband Brian, are by far some of the sweetest and most charming hosts we have ever experienced! The place was just as described and promised. I can’t begin to tell you how wonderfully quaint and romantic the carriage house was. Not only that but it is SO spacious. Everything was perfect. The “mini farm” was absolutely fantastic. I say “mini farm” because I don’t want people to think they are staying on someone’s working dairy farm or something similar. It’s just adorable. There are two horses, two goats and a miniature donkey. It’s perfect!!! So you don’t really have to worry about “where you are walking” if you get my meaning! It was a lovely weekend and we truly appreciated the carriage ride around the property and the tour of all the flowers Barbara has planted. We will definitely be back.  Chris
